If those things were filled with helium, Pam Anderson would literally be walking on air. To be fair, though, this is probably the nicest we've seen her dressed...ever.
The matching cream top, skirt and peep-toe shoes are really quite flattering on the beach bunny who has taken to walking around in half an outfit these days.
